Located in the "Bluewater" complex, this second floor condo can easily be reach via steps and since Bluewater is a low-density complex, elevator wait times are not a problem.
Parking Passes are available onsite at the guard shack for $75. There is a two car max at Bluewater per HOA.
Bluewater is a Direct Ocean Front complex on the main strip of Orange Beach, AL. Easily walk to grocery stores, souvenir shops, restaurants, and of course the beautiful white sands and sunshine of the Gulf. Quick drive to beautiful golf courses, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, Gulf State Park, Go-Karts, Arcades, Bars, Fishing excursions, etc. There truly is fun available for the whole family!
Guests will have the full condo for use.
Guests can also use all amenity areas in the building including indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pools (both the large pool and the kiddie pool), beach access, grilling area, fitness room and outdoor walkways and seating areas.
